- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC has arequirement for satellite antennas, per the attached RFQ and Sole SourceJustification for required manufacturers. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the aboveitems, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS code is517410. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, US NAVY,2800-5 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303 and shall be marked for(M/F) as specified. The Government will accept quotes from all responsiblesources with the capability to provide the products to the brand names citedabove and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsiblevendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be mostadvantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Robbin Burton,Contracting Officer, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 6 March 2012, 5:00 p.m.Eastern Standard Time. The Government will not pay for any informationreceived. The government will accept proposals via email at:robbin.burton@navy.mil.
