- Kit List The United States Air Force through Global Logistics Support Center (GLSC) at Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating to procure Kits cited below for a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This is a competitive acquisition with a limited number of sources and source controlled documents. GE Aviation, Cage Code: 07482 and Crane Aerospace dba Lear Romec Cage Code: 51663 are currently the approved sources. No Government and/or commercial surplus is acceptable. 1. Estimated solicitation issue 16 Mar 2012, Close 16 Apr 2012 2. RFP# - FA8122-12-R-0012 3. PR# - FD2030-12-70400 and FD2030-12-70416 4. Nomenclature/Noun - Lube Scavenge Pump Kit 5. NSN - 2840-K0-219-235A PR 6. PN - 736L376G01 or LR22310 7. Application (Engine or Aircraft) - F110 GE Engine 8. AMC - 00 9. History - Last award to Crane, FA8121-09-C-0040, Sep 2009, Qty: 1138. 10. Description: Screen on Lube and Scavenge Pump Kit; Kit used to complete TCTO 2J-F110-842. L/I 0001 - qty 30 ea, NSN - 2840-K0-219-235A PR (FMS Bahrain) L/I 0002 - qty 300 ea, NSN - 2840-K0-219-235A PR (FMS Turkey) Required Delivery - to be determined 11. Mandatory Language: IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 12. Export Control - No 13. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The proposed contract action is for Kits for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received with forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.
