- This is modification 14 to the synopsis entitled RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND LOGISTICSSERVICES (RLLS) NNJ11401832R which was posted on July 28, 2011. You are notified that thefollowing changes are made: 1) The RLLS Virtual Cost and Pricing Pre-Proposal Conference is rescheduled to March 6,2012 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm (Central Standard Time). 2) The updated RLLS Virtual Cost and Pricing Pre-Proposal Conference charts are nowavailable on the RLLS website. For new RSVP's, please email the names and titles of the persons planning to participateby March 5, 2012, to Lara Procknow at lara.n.procknow@nasa.gov. WebEx and audioconference log-in instructions will be sent to you prior to the event.If you have previously RSVP'd, there is no requirement to RSVP again. You will be sentan e-mail with the new WebEx and audio conference log-in instructions.If you do notreceive an e-mail by March 5, 2012, please contact Lara Procknow atlara.n.procknow@nasa.gov.
