- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) service provider to support its continued implementation of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) (the 'Program'). This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the activities, deliverables, outcomes, and metrics for the Program's PKI service; however, the PWS does not prescribe how to accomplish the work. The offeror is encouraged to respond to this PWS with approaches and solutions based on its experience and successful delivery of a PKI service for programs with similar scope, goals, and objectives.
