- HSSS01-12-Q-0041 This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation HSSS01-12-Q-0041 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-37. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336611. The Government intends to award a single award, fixed price purchase order to the offeror which provides the lowest price technically acceptable to the United States Government. This solicitation is set aside 100% to small business. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self certifying that neither the requestor nor the principle corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Request for Proposal HSSS01-12-Q-0041 is composed of the following items: I. Standard Form 1449 II. Clauses and Provisions III. Statement of Work IV. Instructions to Offerors VI. Department of Labor Wage Determinations All proposals must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist via email at Neil.Lanzendorf@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN March 6, 2012 at 5:00 PM EST.
