- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2840-01-212-4057, 0043714856, BLADE, COMPRESSOR, AIRCRAFT. This is a configuration control item source controlled to CFM INTERNATIONAL ( 58828 ) Part Number- P106P38, unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1,800 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 36 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 12/06/11 with a closing date of 02/29/12. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. Notwithstanding anything in this solicitation to the contrary, export control restrictions on the release of technical data are inapplicable to this requirement.
