- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with AFR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-36. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This effort is set-aside for small businesses only and only qualified small businesses may submit bids. The Federal Railroad Administration has a requirement for 40 (each) Seagate STAA500105 Super Speed External Hard Drives (or equal product). The shipping destination is: Rachel Ervin Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration Atlanta Federal Center 61 Forsyth Street, S.W. Suite 16T20 Atlanta, GA 30303-3104 Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry before any award. The offeror may register at ccr.gov.
