- Kit List The United States Air Force through Global Logistics Support Center (GLSC) at Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating to procure Kits cited below for a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This is a sole source effort to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) GE, Cage Code: 07482. No Government and/or commercial surplus is acceptable. 1. Description: TCTO Kits for F110-100 Brackets and Clamps Retrofit L/I 0001 - qty 27 ea, NSN - 2840-K0-219-301A PR L/I 0002 - qty 185 ea, NSN - 2840-K0-219-301A PR Required Delivery - to be determined 11. Mandatory Language: IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 12. Export Control - No 13. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The proposed contract action is for Kits for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received with forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.
