- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 15 NSNs for various types/versions of "Small Arms Storage Racks" included in the Federal Stock Class (FSC) 1095. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. The statutary authority permitting Other than Full & Open Competition applies is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) - Available from only one or a limited number of sources. The solicitation will be available on 14 Mar 2012 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. This is a sole source acquisition, therefore evaluation factors will not apply.
