- This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-08-G-A001 with Cincinnati Steel Treating Company (CST), 5757 Mariemont Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45227. This notice serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice of all repair orders issued for the period of present day through 31 JAN 2013 for the evaluation and/or repair of LCAC engine components manufactured/repaired by CST. Orders issued under the BOA will be issued IAW USC 2304 (c)(1). The Government does not possess the data necessary to repair the items solicited hereunder from any source other than CST.
