- Low Speed Vehicle Inspection Requirements Low Speed Vehicle Inspection Basic Purchase Agreement Contractor will perform minor maintenance and recurring services (annual/semi-annual inspections) on all of Barksdale AFB gas/electric low-speed and equipment not maintained by transportation. See attached listings for required items. Prior to work being accomplished, a written estimate will be made available. If work is being done and additional items are found defective, cost to fix additional item will be sent to the approver and cardholder to ensure they want the work accomplished. Cost of the repairs cannot exceed $25,000.00 per call.
