- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238390 and the size standard is $14.0 million. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and solicitation number is W912R1-12-R-0003. The government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technically acceptable. To be technically acceptable, the items being quoted must meet or exceed the salient characteristics listed in the requirements. A site visit will be conducted on 07 March 2012 at 2:00 pm EST. All contractors shall meet at the main entrance of the DC Army National Guard Armory, Washington, DC.
