- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238390 and the size standard is $14.0 million. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and solicitation number is W912R1-12-R-0003 A site visit will be conducted on 07 March 2012 at 2:00 pm EST. All contractors shall meet at the main entrance of the DC Army National Guard Armory, Washington, DC. Please contact Henry McLucas at 202-685-9657 or email at henry.mclucas@us.army.mil NLT 06 March 2012 at 4:00 pm EST with the names of all people who plan to attend. You must have a picture identification card to get in the Armory. All questions should be submitted to tarita.lewis.ctr@us.army.mil no later than 13 March 2012.
