- This is a combined Synopsis Solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Facility Services contract. The work includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide HVAC facility services at Naval Operations Support Centers (NOSC) Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus and Toledo. This acquisition will include a base year of 12 months and four 12-month option periods, for a total of five years. This announcement, inclusive with attachments, constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. This Request for Proposal (RFP) N4008312R1017 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD ™s Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 238220, Size Standard $13M.
