- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Accellos Inc., 90 S Cascade Ave. Suite 1200, Colorado Springs 80903, for maintenance of Radio Beacon WMS Enterprise and Expert Maintenance. This software is proprietary and Acellos Inc. has exclusive rights and does not authorize resellers or other entities to maintain the software. The Radio Beacon Software currently licenses 154 users. The system is critical in providing forms, publications, supplies and logistics activities for Social Security Administration. This product is used by the Office of Supply and Warehouse Management (OSWM). The type of maintenance needed is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST for updates, upgrades, patches, and fixes already in place. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b) '! Soliciting from a Single Source.' A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. If SSA does not identify any other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, SSA may issue a sole-source award to Accellos, Inc. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bon-a-fide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is NOT available. Therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored. The government will not pay for any information submitted and responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to ida.ryan@ssa.gov, no later than February 24, 2011 at 12:00 noon EST.
