- Please see attached revised PWS. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the following questions posed by potential offerors: Part of Task 4 in the PWS states the following "...present the paper at the ASME 2012 International Manufacturing Science and Engineering Conference from June 3 to 8, 2012 in Notre Dame, Indiana...." I have a couple of questions regarding this part of task 4 as follows. 1) ASME 2012 requires that an abstract be submitted by November 25, 2011. Has this abstract been submitted? If so, can a copy of it be made available? 2) As per ASME 2012, the deadline for submission of Final Paper is March 5, 2012. Is the contractor expected to have a final paper ready by March 5, 2012? Response: Please see the attached revised PWS, which removes this task from the requirements (see deleted text on task 4 and deliverable 4 in the attached PWS).
