Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is solicited as #W912DQ-12-R-0022 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. This RFP shall be set aside 100% for small businesses, and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730. The business size standard is $7 million. Contract line items (CLINs), including option years, may be found in SECTION B of this synopsis/solicitation. Services are for Mowing, Trimming, and Bagging work as detailed in the PWS (Performance Work Statement) found in SECTION C. Services shall be for Stockton Lake Project, 16435 East Stockton Lake Drive, Stockton, MO 65785. Service dates for each CLIN are detailed in SECTION B. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, does apply to this acquisition with no addenda. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition. Evaluation factors are Past Performance, Related Experience, and Price. Award will be based on best value, and not on price alone. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), the prospective awardee shall be registered and active in CCR (Central Contractor Registration) prior to award.
