- Amendment A001 - Proposal Due Date Extension Revised Site Visit Information The current acquisition is conducted on an unrestricted basis. Proposals must be submitted by uploading to the FedBizOpps website (www.fedbizopps.gov); no other method of submission is allowed. Offerors who do not possess a current FedBizOpps account are advised to register for an account (through the above website) as early as possible. Offerors without active FedBizOpps accounts will not be able to submit proposals. Additional information regarding the site visit will be forthcoming and will be posted on FedBizOpps. All questions must be addressed in writing to Juan M. Fernandez (FernandezJM@state.gov) prior to March 23, 2012. Information will only be disseminated via FedBizOpps. Interested parties shall be solely responsible to check FedBizOpps for possible changes to the current RFP.
