- This requirement is a simplified acquisition procedure in which NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Philadelphia Office request training services for the Housing Learning Center Jacksonville, FL to Navy Bachelor and Family Housing personnel. To ensure Bachelor and Family Housing employees have the knowledge of all housing management policies. The requirement will be solicited on full and open competition basis. The services will be required for 3 certified managers inclusive of travel and at least 15 attendees. The NAICS is 611430. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
