- The US Army Healthcare Acquisition Activity, Medical Command, Southern Region Contracting Office - East intends to award a sole source firm fixed price procurement under the authority of FAR 12.203 to ScriptPro USA Inc, 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202-2740 to provide annual maintenance services for ScriptPro Pharmacy Dispensing System to include travel, labor, parts, and materials (excluding user consumable supplies). The ScriptPro Pharmacy Dispensing System is installed at McWethy Troop Medical Clinic and PX Refill Pharmacy located at Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, SC. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii) and 6.302-1(b) (2) the Government will negotiate directly with ScriptPro USA Inc for this service. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to Southern Region Contracting Office - East, ATTN: Ms. Valerie DeVeaux, 39706, 40th Street, Fort Gordon, GA 30905 or sent by email to valerie.deveaux@us.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be submitted within 5 days after this posting. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this synopsis is not required.
