- Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) is seeking to identify potential sources to accomplish environmental inspections to include a pre-asbestos survey, a report on all RADCON items removed, and a Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) inventory survey on the ** which is located in **. Work will be performed at a Government Facility and an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) is required. The Government's market research is based on FAR Parts 10 and 19 and the results of the market research will assist in determining the method of procurement.
