- RFI-02-12-EGA This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain market information or capabilities for planning purposes as defined in FAR 15.201(e). This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Air Force Civil Engineering Commodity Council (AFCECC) is seeking information on service of automatic gates, hangar doors, overhead doors, and barriers in support of Air Force installations throughout the United States. The AFCECC seeks to learn from industry the unique aspects or procedures for maintaining, repairing and/or inspecting automatic gates, hangar doors, overhead doors, and barriers throughout the United States. We seek both large and small business respondents who are interested in supporting the Air Force's needs. The input received will help us ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors.
