- MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA intends to award a firm fixed priced order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to Wave Form System Incorporated for various cryo probes consumable products in the amount of $100,000.00 for a one-time purchase. The consumable products must be 100% compatible with the existing Cryoablation equipment located at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98431. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Ms. Angela. Dexter, angela.dexter@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
