Description

Referance #: N0003912MP00395 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Deltek, Inc., a large business, to provide brand name annual software maintenance renewal of wInsight licenses for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The period of performance (PoP) is for twelve (12) months beginning 1 April 2012 through 31 March 2013. Deltek Systems, Inc is the exclusive reseller of wInsight software maintenance. Deltek is the manufacturer and maintains sole proprietary rights to wInsight Software and Maintenance. No other vendor, reseller or distributor is legally authorized to sell wInsight maintenance. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This notice of intent expires at 8am CST on 5 March 2012. Please contact Tara.Schmitt@disa.mil with questions. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12.
