- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood intends to award a sole source purchase order to PIER Systems, Inc., 1204 Railroad Ave., Bellingham, WA for the following: Access to Engage 121's PIER Media Tools MediaQ and List Builder applications with acitve site hosting and support for a period of performance of one year. NAICS 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $25 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes, however, interested persons may identify their interests and capability by responding by the 14 March 2012. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
