- Davis Bacon Wage Determination Construction Bid Package (CBP) Vendor Classification Packet MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS BEING HELD AT THE EARLE C. CLEMENTS JOB CORPS CENTER, BUILDING 1512, ON MONDAY, MARCH 12, 2012, BEGINNING AT 10:00 a.m. local time. Provide natural gas stand-by power generators of appropriate sizes, including batteries, battery chargers, starters, mufflers, fuel systems, main breakers and manual transfer switches. Provide all necessary controls, heaters, pumps, etc. for winter operation. Locate the generators outside on a concrete pad and provide for weather protection. Determine all unnecessary loads and list on plaques near the transfer switches. Provide training and a one (1) year full parts and service warranty with added annual options. Test the new generators monthly according to the manufacturers and NFPA 101 and 110 requirements.
