- General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: SPE601-12-Q-0005 Posted Date: 27 February 2012 Original Response Date: 15 March 2012 Current Response Date: Original Archive Date: Current Archive Date: Classification Code: 74 - Office Machines, Text Processing Systems & Visible Record Equipment NAICS Code: 323119 - Other Commercial Printing Contracting Office Address Defense Logistics Agency Energy, 1014 Billy Mitchell Blvd, Suite 128, San Antonio, TX, 78226, Description The Government intends to procure a Small Business Set Aside for delivery of an estimated quantity of four hundred and twenty five Addressograph Bartizan Model 4760 or equal manual/mechanical imprinters, single plate holder over a three year period. Delivery is FOB Destination to Defense Logistics Energy/DLA Energy-MK, Building 1621, 1014 Billy Mitchell Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78226. The period of performance will be 1 June 2012 to 30 May 2015. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Requirements -type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made to the offeror determined to the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Best Value Source Selection Process. Specifically, the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be utilized in accordance with FAR 15.101.2. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 March 2012 and will be posted to the FedBizOpps web page (http:fbo.gov/). The anticipated award date will be 18 May 2012. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the entire solicitation package before the closing date/time stated in the solicitation package.
