- Description
- This is a Regional Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) contraact is to provide roof repair, roof replacement and various types of maintenance repairs and preparations associated with roof repair and replacement. Other incidental type work associated with roof repair and replacement is included and may be ordered for industrial, commercial, and residential locations indicated within each task order. The contract term will be for a base year and two option periods a total of three years. The program cost is a maximum annual value of $4.2 million or a total maximum contract value of $12.6 million, and serving the entire area of responsibility (AOR) of NAVFAC Washington which includes District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
