- The General Services Administration (GSA) Pacific Rim Region North Spring Field Office announces an opportunity for an repair and alterations project to complete "Metal Molding Installation". Contractor to provide all labor and materials to fabricate and install metal base to match existing throughout the Courtrooms and adjacent judicial offices for U.S. District Court located @ the U.S. Courthouse, 312 N Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 120 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for Small Business. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or after March 15, 2012. Request for specifications and plans must be made in writing, including your compnay name, street mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and contact person with reference to #GS-09P-12-WL-C-0010., to the attention lf Latriska Keynerd by email at latriska.keynerd@gsa.gov by mail to GSA North Spring Field Office, 312 N Spring Street #1020, L.A., CA 90012, or by faxing request to (213) 894-4934. Packages will be distributed to contractors who complete & return the required Document Secrity Notice to Prospective Offerors. Site Visit: March 22, 2012 @ 10:00 a.m. (PT) Bond Requirement: A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the award price over $30,000.00. Bonds are required 7 days after Notice of Award. Cameras are allowed on federal property with a GSA escort, please coordinate with GSA prior to arrival. Contractors are required to maintain an active registration on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representattions and Cerifications Application (ORCA)
