- The Los Angeles Job Corps Center (LAJCC) is seeking to lease space for the Home Builders Institute (HBI) vocational facility and LA Job Corps Warehouse for a period of one year and with a renewal of four 1-year options at the sole and absolute discretion of LAJCC which may or may not be exercise. It is the policy of the LAJCC to award subcontracts to the maximum extent possible to small business concerns to that they have an equitable opportunity to compete for subcontracts.
