- Draft SOW This is a request for information (RFI) from the industry for market research purposes. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only to determine if a small business set-aside is appropriate. This is NOT a request for proposals (RFP) and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this synopsis. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a Small Business Company capable of providing preventive maintenance, repairing and monitoring services of the intrusion and security alarm system (C-Cure and Hirsch Velocity), access control system (AIPHONE-Intercom), Closed Circuit Television system (CCTV) in four offices in Fresno, CA and one office in Tulare, CA. The period of performance will include a base year and four option years. The NAICS Code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), and the small business size standard is $12.5 million. Interested parties responding to this Sources Sought Notice are requested to submit the following information at a minimum: A. Company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number B. Capability Statement to address the ability to meet the critical requirements in the attached draft Scope of Work such as, but not limited to: •1. Are you an authorized (service) dealer of C-Cure and Hirsch Velocity system? •2. Are you able to respond within 2 hours to an emergency service call 24/7? •3. Are you able to respond within 4 hours to a non-emergency service call 24/7? •4. Are you able to develop and maintain a quality control program? Capability statement shall be word documents of no more than 10 double-spaced pages in length and used at least a 12 pt font. Responses must be emailed to Mach Ngo at mach.ngo@irs.gov no later than 5:00 p.m., PST, Sunday, March 4, 2012. Responses received by fax or telephone shall not be accepted or acknowledged. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
