- The Government intends to purchase 2 each Including a First Article, National Stock Number (NSN) 5120-01-311-5036BA, Part Nr 17G453034-1. In addition to the instant contract for 2 each NSN 5120-01-311-5036BA, an Option Quantity of 1 - 5 for the NSN for a period of 3 years will also be solicited. A First Article Test Plan and a First Article Test Report will be required. Request First Article Test Plan Draft delivery 75 calendar days ARO Contract, First Article Test Report delivery 120 days ARO contract, First Article 180 days ARO contract, and Basic Quantity 120 days After Approval of First Article. The Government owns the data rights for this acquisition. The following FedBizOps numbered notes are applicable to this acquisition: 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 8. The solicitation document contains information that has a military or space application. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense and have a valid need to know may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345.
