The CCMCK is a user installed temporary weaponconversion system that allows the Soldier to employ an individual weapon(5.56mm - M4/M16/M249 and 9mm M9/M11/M4) at short range using low velocitymarking ammunition while precluding the weapon from firing standard serviceammunition. SPECIFICATION: The ammunition must be compatible with the current US Armyqualified CCMCK weapon conversion system for each 9mm and 5.56mm. Noadditional weapon conversions or modifications outside of the current CCMCKsystem will be allowed. The Government will provide draft performancespecifications for both the 5.56mm and 9mm that include all qualificationtesting listed upon request.
