- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a contract for ISO 9002:2008 + AS9110A Audit at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with QMI-SAI Global due to the existence of proprietary information. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912NW-12-T-0075 will be issued on or about February 27, 2012. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for the solicitation package to george.kapusta@us.army.mil.
