- In accordance with FAR 6.302-2(a(2) this action is unusual and compelling urgency. Therefore, in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(2) this action will not be synoized for 130 Lift Transducer applicable to the A-10 Aircraft, for Part Number C31207-4 and Stock Number 6610-01-083-3442. In addition, New/Unused Surplus will be considered.
