- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL. NSWC PCD is seeking competitive quotes for two (2) each Intercom Canister P/N: 7648203-1, NSN# 5998-01-543-2848, & two (2) each Intercom Alum Face Plate P/N 7648193-1, NSN 5975-01-543-2819. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 332710 and the corresponding small business size is 500 employees. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price awarded to the lowest price Offeror meeting all requirements.. The items must be fabricated in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7648193 & 7648203 Rev A. Drawings will be made available only to DoD contractors (Distribution Limited and subject to the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et. Seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979 as amended Title 50, U.S.C., app 2401 et. seq.) ) upon request to the Contracting Office. Drawings must be requested from the buyer by e-mail (Donald.D.McManus@navy.mil). Drawing requests must include the requesting firm ™s Cage Code number to receive an electronic copy of the controlled drawings. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price and on or about 03/08/12. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City, 101 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
