- Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Mount Laurel, NJ Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years, 3 years firm for approximately 9,391 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 9,391 RSF at 8000 Midatlantic Drive in Mount Laurel, NJ which expires March 31, 2012 under GSA lease number GS-03B-01351. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Unique Requirements: 3 Parking Spaces Occupancy Date Delineated Area: Mount Laurel, NJ Lease Term/Occupancy: Five years; three years firm. Occupancy by March 31, 2012 Expressions of interest must be received no later than March 5, 2012 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
