- The US Army Heritage and Education Center has a requirement to provide portable toilets and hand wash stations along the US Army Heritage Trail as required. This is a requirement type contract, delivery orders will be placed on an 'as needed basis' in accordance with the provisions of the clause entitled 'Ordering'. Performance /Deliveries shall be made in response to oral or written delivery orders issued against the contract by the ordering officer starting on the date of the contract award for 12 months with four (4) one-year option periods. Delivery will be within 48 hours of request, weather and product availability dependent. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for the requirement is 562991and the size standard is $7 Million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as a small business to be eligible for award. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. All questions regarding this requirement shall be in writing to Roger Miller at roger.n.miller@us.army.mil.
