- Attached document is the application for the Biddders Libarary. Bidders Library Notice This acquisition will be for providing comprehensive maintenance and logistics support for four modified Bombardier E-11A Global Express aircraft with Rolls Royce engines in support of Overseas Contingency Operations in a harsh wartime environment. These aircraft have been modified to carry the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) payload.
