- SPM7M7-12-X-0006 NSN 5935-00-086-8922 Item name Connector, Receptacle for NSN 5935-00-086-8922, PR Number IQC12025009011. This is a contractor FAT with waived sources and will be purchased from only the approved waived FAT sources at time of award. The applicable FAT is I/A/W QAP 16236 SQAP000868922 REFNO AMEND NR DTD 10/19/10, I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-DTL-2726/37G BASIC AMEND NR G DTD 10/02/06 TYPE NUMBER M2726/37-001, I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-DTL-2726C SUP 1 REFNO AMEND NR C DTD 10/02/06 TYPE NUMBER M2726/37-001. This is an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (one year requirement with two 365 day options). The requested delivery is 120 days ADO. The FOB destination and inspection and acceptance point is at origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of February 28th, 2012 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Closing date is March 19 th, 2012. There will be various increments solicited. This is an unrestricted RFQ. The Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice." This solicitation will be solicited with the following increments: 100-199 each, 200-299 each, 300-399 each, 400-499 each, 500-599 each and 600-699 each.
