- Amendment #2 AMENDMENT #2 - CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 8, 2012 AT 2:00 PM, (EST). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number RC0008-12. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
