- Description
- The Air Armament Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Physics Applications, Inc, doing business as PAI, for mounting and configuring two gas guns. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541690 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million dollars. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below and must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database to be considered eligible for an award. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of this publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
