- J&A for Sole Sourch Purchase The United States Air Force, Holloman AFB, NM, intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part Thirteen, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Shuttlelift, Sturgeon Bay, WI. This purchase will provide the following parts to include assembly: Tire/Wheel Assembly#1304373(2 EA) Axle #854690(1 EA) Bearing #601043(4 EA) Bearing #601044(2 EA) Bearing #601045(2 EA) Lock Washer #601046(2 EA) Nut #601047 (2 EA) Seal #601048 (2 EA) Seal #601049 (2 EA) Valve Base #601950 (2 EA) Valve #601951 (2 EA) Trunnion #800374M2 (2 EA) Screw #113-907 (20 EA) Washer #602025M1 (4 EA) Screw #113-922 (2 EA) Sprocket #1106322 (2 EA) Nut #131-429 (16 EA) Shipping Holloman AFB currently uses a customized SL 200C Gantry Crane and is in need of replacement parts. These products are proprietary to Shuttlelift, and they have no additional distributors. No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a response; which, if received before the closing date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be made in writing. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
