The VAMC Washington DC requires Mobile Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services for the period of date of award through 9/30/12 plus two (1) year options. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, maintenance and supplies necessary to provide ESWL services to the Washington DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, NW, Washington, DC 20422. The procurement is unrestricted and all responsible offerors will be considered. NAICS code small business size standard 621498 $10 million.
