Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Salinas Delineated Area: Western Boundary : S. Main Street and E Romie Lane, continues South onto Monterey Salinas Hwy, veering off the Hwy at Spreckles Blvd, to East Perimeter Road, continuing Southeast onto Oil Well Road, to Toro Creek Road to Torero Drive to Monterey Salinas Hwy Southern Boundary: Begins at Torero Drive and Monterey Salinas Hwy continuing on Monterey Salinas Hwy to River Road to Tara Drive. Eastern Boundary : Continue Northeast from Tara Drive to Harris Road, continue on Harris until it meets the CA 101 heading NW. 500 meters before Airport Blvd, veers off heading NE for about 500 meters, then veers SE for 1 mile then veers NW until it reaches Moffett Street. Northern Boundary : West along Moffett Street then SW on Airport Blvd to the CA 101 to South Sanborn Road To Abbot Street to E Romie Lane to S. Main Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,483 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,857 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 67 Parking Spaces (Surface): 67 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 67 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: No Option Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on the ground floor.
