- AMENDMENT TO RFQ: Pesticide Project for Tribes The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate all Questions & Answers pertaining to Request for Quote (RFQ-CA-12-00001). They are listed below and will be posted on the following website:http://www.epa.gov/oam/regions/index.htm. Questions & Answers to RFQ-CA-12-00001 Question 1: Will there be Vendor Follow-up required on the training received? And if so how many tribes will require the follow-up? Answer 1: "Vendor follow-up" is described in Phase II. We anticipate that the trainer will be able to answer all or most questions that participants ask at the training. However, training attendees could request materials or ask questions that the vendor may not be able to provide or answer at the training. Question 2:Will the selected vendor be required to pay tribal vendor fees? Answer 2:Yes, if applicable. Question 3: How many locations will be used to perform the tribal training? Answer 3: See Section 8 of the Statement of Work, entitled, "WORK ELEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTRACT," as follows: "The contractor shall select and secure, based on his or her knowledge and expertise, one (1) location in California, Arizona or Nevada to hold the training event, which shall accommodate a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 30 attendees, for classroom and field training. The location shall be convenient to tribal attendees and cost-efficient." Once at this website, clink on the link titled, "Region 9 Pestacide Project for Tribes Training on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for Schools, Developing and Implementing IMP-In-School Plans for Tribes (RFQ-CA-12-00001) ".
