- Yellowstone National Park (YNP) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of approximately 7,000 tons of Grade 4A chip sealing aggregate to Norris Stockpile area approximately 26 miles south of Gardiner, Montana. All chips shall be delivered by June 15, 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 212311 (Dimension Stone Mining and Quarrying) with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small-Business concerns. This is a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed-price contract. Request for Quotes (RFQ) P12PS212317 will be issued in approximately 5 days or less. The quote due date and time will be contained in the RFQ and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. SUMMARY OF WORK: Supply and deliver approximately 7,000 tons of Grade 4A chip sealing aggregate to Norris Stockpile area in Yellowstone National Park per the specifications detailed in the Statement of Work that will be included in the Request for Quotes once issued. National Park Service will provide loader and personnel for stacking the chips at the Norris Stockpile area. All chips to be delivered by June 15, 2012. The Norris Stockpile area is located approximately 26 miles south of Gardiner, Montana.
