- Amendment 000004 The purpose of this amendment is the following: Correct an error to question #34 under Amendment 000003. Please disregard the response given for for this question under Amendment 000003 and follow the response given under this amendment. The closing date of solicitation HSHQEC-12-R-00007 remains March 2, 2012, at 2:30 PM EST. Please sign and return one (1) copy of this amendment with your proposal. A copy of the PSO post exhibit, seniority list, and collective bargaining agreements/ wage determinations will be provided upon a request from the offeror to the Contract Specialist. The non disclosure agreement (attached) must be completed prior to the release of the these documents.
