- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a 100% Total Small Business Set-A-Side Insurance Policy Buy for a spares contract for the following assets applicable to the AN/ALR - 46/69(V): Triplexer, Filter As, NSN: 5821-00-615-3937EW, Part Number: 200521551-10; Alternate 1: Bid A (unqualified source): First Article: 5 Each; Mission Essential Quantity (MEQ) 43 Each; Production Option Quantity Range 1 - 25 Each; Option 1 Quantity Range 1 - 25 Each; Option II Quantity Range 1 -25 Each; Option III Quantity Range 1 - 25 Each. Bid B (qualified source): MEQ 48 Each; Production Option Quantity Range 1-25 Each; Option I Quantity Range 1-25 Each: Option II Quantity Range 1-25 Each; Option III Quantity Range 1- 25 Each. Alternate 2: Bid C (unqualified source): First Article: 5 Each; Production Option Quantity Range 1 - 25 Each; Option 1 Quantity Range 1 - 25 Each; Option II Quantity Range 1 -25 Each; Option III Quantity Range 1 - 25 Each. Bid D (qualified source): MEQ 48 Each; Production Option Quantity Range 1-25 Each; Option I Quantity Range 1-25 Each: Option II Quantity Range 1-25 Each; Option III Quantity Range 1- 25 Each. This contract will be for one (1) basic year with four (4) options and will be established as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of supplies for which the Government intends to award the MEQ to the qualified source: Microphase Corporation; Cage Code; 01341. The Small Business Set-A-Side competitive portion will be for the options. Dimensions: 6 in (L) x 3 in (W) x 0.5 in (H). Weight: 13.5 oz. Predominant Material of Manufacture: Aluminum. Item Form/Fit/Function: Receives and filers RF Energy. Anticipated Destination Info: SV3119 (Robins AFB, GA). The anticipated Delivery Schedule is as follows: For the First Articles: 270 days ARO funded delivery order; for the Option Quantities: 5 Each per month beginning 180 days ARO funded delivery order. Duration of the Contract Period: 5 years, if all options are exercised. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.. The anticipated release date of the RFP: 13 Mar 2012; anticipated response/proposal due date: 12 April 2012. All potential offerors should contract the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and /or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
