(ABOA): 139,958 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 49 Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): 49 Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: - The offered space must consist of a maximum of four (4) consecutive floors. - The offered space must be contiguous. - The offered space must be located within a walkable ½ mile of a SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) rail station or bus stop and a PATCO (Port Authority Transit Corporation) Speedline Station. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Subleases will not be considered. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout.
